Donghua Wu (Echo) is licensed as a barrister and solicitor in the Province of Ontario and as an attorney at law in the State of New York. She advises individuals and businesses on residential and commercial real estate, corporate and commercial law matters.
Prior to opening her own law firm, Ms. Wu articled and practiced corporate and commercial litigation at a full-service law firm in downtown Toronto, where she gained extensive experience representing clients in complex contract, securities, franchising and shareholder disputes.
While in law school, Ms. Wu volunteered as a caseworker with Downtown Legal Services (tenant housing and refugee law) and Pro Bono Students Canada at the Ontario Human Rights Commission. She has also worked as an intern in the field of criminal law.
Ms. Wu holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from University of Toronto. Prior to attending law school in Canada, she was educated at Oxford University of England and Peking University of China. She obtained her B.A. with high distinction at Peking University in English literature and linguistics.
